WHO IS THE FUND FOR?

The Fund is for building owners who want to get out of the real estate game, and accredited capital investors who want to diversify their portfolio with a strategy that is designed to be as secure as possible.

HOW DOES THIS INVESTMENT FUND WORK?

Building owners contribute their property in exchange for units (shares). Capital investors purchase units directly. Both will enjoy the our Fund team’s target of 6% annual returns, plus capital appreciation.

WHAT IS THE TARGETED RETURN?

This Fund has a targeted annual return rate of 6%, paid out quarterly as cash dividends. This number is in addition to the appreciation of the portfolio.
