How It Works
1. Contact Our Team
It all starts with a meeting with our team. Our knowledgable principals can give you all the intel you need about the process of contributing capital, and we’re here to answer all your questions.
2. Plan & Commit
Accredited investors can contribute contribute a minimum of 50 units, and will sign a confidentiality agreement to gain access to more information about the Fund, as well as a copy of our Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Once you are ready to move forward, you’ll sign our PPM.
3. Enter & Enjoy
With a signed PPM in hand, your offer to invest is good for a 6 month period, and during that 6 months, we work to find, evaluate and purchase buildings which we believe add to our portfolio value. When we match your funds with the right property, we’ll reach out to you and onboard you as part of our investor group, where you can reap the benefits of our target 6% quarterly cash dividend.
