Executive Advisor

Before an advisory capacity, Scott Estes served as the Executive VP and CFO of Welltower Inc. (NYSE: WELL), a real estate investment trust focused on healthcare infrastructure. Prior to joining Welltower, Scott served as Senior Equity Analyst and Vice President of Deutsche Bank Securities. Scott currently serves on the Board of Trustees and Chairman of the Audit Committee of JBGSmith (NYSE: JBGS), an S&P 400 company that owns, operates, invests in and develops real estate assets concentrated in leading urban infill submarkets in and around Washington, D.C., and serves on the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Essential Properties Realty Trust (NYSE:EPRT), an internally managed real estate company that acquires, owns and manages primarily single-tenant properties that are net leased on a long-term basis to companies operating service-oriented or experience-based businesses. Scott received his Bachelor of Arts from the College of William and Mary.
